About Us
WIT’s business is derived solely from referral by satisfied clients; please do ask if you wish to talk to any of the clients about their experience with WIT. We have had the privilege to lead some of the largest, most complex and challenging programs which evidence the trust that business leaders have in us to deliver results, represent their business and direct and manage their employees.
Our operating approach embodies our core values; we believe it is these principles that have afforded us this privilege.
Value for Money
We are committed to the delivery of excellent value for money; the true cost of any program, or the cost of delay in achieving the desired outcome from a program, is orders of magnitude greater than our fees. Recognising the criticality of our client engagements, we provide a high degree of transparency aligned to a clear program structure. We articulate clear deliverables for every phase of the project so the client has visibility of the progress made without having to micromanage the program.
Objective and Collaborative
We specialise in working cross-functionally within client organisations. We are sensitive and effective in dealing with internal politics always striving for win-win situations and acting with discretion and in the interests of the program at all times. WIT is a single model business, delivering client-side program management. We do not retain SMEs or seek to cross-sell in any way, we just want to be known as a reliable business partner that scopes and delivers programs, collaboratively with the management teams of businesses.
Participant Fulfilment
Nothing succeeds like success. We understand that your employees participating in the program are likely to be providing their contributions as an adjunct to their normal day-jobs. Therefore we work with each to understand what they can do, by when and to ensure absolute clarity in the program expectations. Given this framework to work in, we usually find that client’s employees make valuable contributions, gain fulfilment from being a key part of a successful program and many also feel they have gained more skills that can help them advance their careers.
